DMCA Copyright Policy

Effective 31 August 2026. How copyright owners can report content on racemasterapk.com, and how we respond.

racemasterapk.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from everyone who uses this site. This page explains how to report alleged copyright infringement and what happens after you do.

We comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. You do not need a lawyer to file a notice with us, and we do not charge for removal.

Copyright infringement notification

2. Identification of the content that was removed and where it previously appeared
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification
4. Your name and a working email address

On receiving a valid counter notice we may restore the content, unless the original claimant begins legal action.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Continuing to use racemasterapk.com means you accept the current version.
